Buyers have a choice! You can be represented by the listing agent or by an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).
When being represented by the Buyers Representative the seller still pays the commission and has separate representation from the selling agent. You the Buyer are represented by the Buyers Representative. Why do this?
